Morring Law PLLC is reflected of the values, traditions, and practice methods that Attorney Morring has engaged in over her more than 20 years as a licensed attorney. Morring Law PLLC reflects the law firm’s commitment to growth and expansion. We are proud to have changed our name to reflect our intended growth. Charlene A. A Norfolk, Virginia native, Charlene Morring attended public school and became her parent’s first child to graduate college. Charlene attended Old Dominion University where she competed and was awarded the Kaufman Scholar Award, an honor given to only one student in the campus community. She earned this honor for her work in the community, academics and commitment to leadership.
