I didn’t know where to start once I stopped working due to my illness. My daughter suggested that I make an appointment to meet with Charlene Morring to discuss my options. I met with Mrs. Morring at the Norfolk office. Everyone there was very professional and offered smiling faces. As I sat down with her, I explained to her the reasons I had to stop working, she took notes and arranged for me to get some things completed. She assured me that everything would work out fine and felt that I had a good case.
After my appointment with Mrs. Morring, I applied for social security benefits and was quickly denied. I wasn't sure what was going happen then, I was truly at a lost. I returned to her office with the denial letter and she immediately arranged to take my case. She explained in detail what she needed from me to proceed and encouraged me that she would handle everything from here.
Not knowing what was going to happen, Mrs. Morring made me feel confident that I had a strong case to collect my benefits. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis to advise me of the status of the case. Whenever she needed updated medical records from me, she would have her assistant call me to make sure no stone was left unturned. Mrs. Morring and her staff was in constant communication with the Social Security Administration on my behalf. My social security benefits took some time to come through, however, I certainly appreciate the time and effort that was put forth on my case. You don’t find many attorneys like her. Charlene takes pride in her work and she truly cared about me and my needs. She went above and beyond for me and I know that she will do the same for all her clients. I am proud to have had her represent me throughout this trying time in my life. She is sincerely an example of greatness at its best!!
