It had been over six months since my "on the job" injury and my journey into the confusing world of workers' compensation. I felt like my life, as I had known it, was slipping from my grip. Confused, upset, and in terrible pain and feeling totally helpless, one friend who had known a lady who got injured on the job and had hired an attorney. The case went to court and the attorney won! I asked for the attorney's name, found her phone number, and called for an appointment. The attorney was Ms. Charlene Morring.

On the day of my appointment with Ms. Morring, I was in pain and my friend drove me to Ms. Morring's office. The receptionist was charming and very friendly but I was still nervous about meeting Ms. Morring. When a very attractive lady with a warm, beautiful smile came into the waiting room and introduced herself to me, she immediately put me at ease! Her aura emanated friendliness, confidence, empathy, and concern. She listened to my story, took notes, asked questions, answered my questions, made copies of my papers, and made me feel like she had all the time in the world to go over my situation. Following all of this, she told me what she was going to do regarding everything and told me to go home, get better, and not to worry about anything because she was going to handle it all! It was like a huge weight was lifted of me and peace filled the room and my life!

It has now been over a year since I first went to Ms. Morring and, even though the insurance company still likes to "play games" (for lack of a better term), she is my rock through it all. ... Frankly, I don't know how I would have gotten through the past year without them beside me on this journey. I have recommended Ms. Morring to other injured workers and I will continue to do so. There just aren't enough words to express my gratitude for and appreciation of Ms. Morring for all she has done, is doing, and will do for me ... which I know she does and will do for all of her other clients!
