Alicia Carmichael
Alicia Carmichael was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies. She then attended Harvard Law School, where she was active in the Harvard Mediation Program and the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender. She graduated with honors in 2018. Alicia Carmichael has been practicing law since 2018, when she became a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She has extensive administrative law experience honed through her years of practicing in a variety of settings, including an AmLaw 200 law firm and a government agency. In addition to her legal skills, Alicia Carmichael is an experienced mediator and workplace investigator. A longtime disability advocate, she is grateful for the opportunity to serve the longshore and disability communities at Morring Law, PLLC. Alicia Carmichael’s pro bono work to date has included representing survivors of torture and domestic violence in seeking safety and justice. In Alicia Carmichael’s free time, she loves trying new recipes and going on hikes with her dog and husband.
